Outstanding breathability

One of the key components to contact lens comfort is the amount of oxygen that passes through the lens material to nourish the front surface of your eye (i.e. oxygen permeability or breathability). In theory, another way of thinking about this is the more breathable the lens, the better the comfort.

With this in mind, ACUVUE OASYS® 1-Day with HydraLuxe™ boasts the second most breathable material of any daily contact lens on the market!

HydraLuxe™ Technology = tear-like moisture

In addition to its incredible breathability, this lens features HydraLuxe™ Technology that provides an enhanced network of tear-like molecules that mimic and help support a stable, natural tear film. As a result, this helps minimize friction and maintain moisture on the front surface of the eye, reducing the feeling of dry, tired eyes.

Best in class UV protection

Providing >90% UVA and >99% UVB protection, ACUVUE OASYS® 1-Day with HydraLuxe™ delivers the highest level of UV protection available through a daily contact lens. Since exposure to UV radiation is known to cause damage to your eyes, this added protection is a welcomed bonus that sets this lens apart from its competitors.
